InTouch Health and Vivify Health Announce New Partnership

InTouch Health and Vivify Health Will Integrate Telehealth Solutions for Health Systems, Allowing Them to Virtually Deliver Care Through a Single Platform

SANTA BARBARA, CA, December 14, 2017 – InTouch Health, with its leading enterprise telehealth platform, and Vivify Health, the leading remote care management platform, today announced a partnership to integrate Vivify Health’s solutions with InTouch Health’s telehealth platform.

The integration will enable clinicians to remotely manage high-risk patients outside the clinical environment using Vivify Health’s suite of patient engagement and monitoring solutions, from within InTouch Health’s telehealth platform.

“Health systems have expressed a need for a single telehealth partner, and we’re on a mission to deliver solutions that enable health systems to virtually care for patients anywhere along the care continuum,” said Joseph M. DeVivo, InTouch Health CEO.

“We chose to partner with Vivify Health because they have demonstrated to be the clear remote patient management leader, and we’re excited to deliver this integration to our combined customers. This partnership further solidifies InTouch Health’s position as the single telehealth solution that truly enables virtual care anytime, anywhere.”

“With this collaboration, Vivify Health continues to extend the boundaries of high-quality care delivery, by increasing access to providers and specialists through the InTouch telehealth platform,” said Eric Rock, CEO and Founder of Vivify Health.

“InTouch Health is successfully leveraging Vivify’s expanding API architecture, to extend their reach into the home through our Managed Kit and BYOD patient experiences. Together, this allows us to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations for high quality patient care, anywhere and anytime.”

“We are pleased that InTouch Health and Vivify Health have partnered to create a single telehealth platform which seamlessly integrates with the provider’s workflow regardless of the setting,” said Christopher Northam, Vice President of Telehealth at HCA.

“This capability signals a significant shift in the industry; previously our providers would have to utilize separate technologies based on the patient’s care setting. Now, they are able to utilize a single, integrated telehealth platform to deliver care at or above the same clinical standard as an in-person encounter.  This enables timely access to high quality care through telehealth, regardless of if the patient is in an acute, ambulatory or home setting.”

By integrating Vivify Health’s remote care management solution within InTouch Health’s telehealth software, health systems will be able to extend care from the hospital to the home, ensuring continuity of care for their patients.
