SANTA BARBARA, Calif., December 14, 2017 – InTouch Health, with its leading enterprise telehealth platform, and Vivify Health, the leading remote care management platform, today announced a partnership to integrate Vivify Health’s solutions with InTouch Health’s telehealth platform. The integration will enable clinicians to remotely manage high-risk patients outside the clinical environment using Vivify Health’s suite of patient engagement and monitoring solutions, from within InTouch Health’s telehealth platform.
