Santa Barbara is called the “American Riviera” for a reason, often described as Mediterranean. July weather is typically warm, ranging from the mid-70s to low-80s during the day, and dipping into the 60s at night.
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is recommended for the conference. Business casual attire can be worn to the Welcome Reception on Monday night and semi-formal attire for our Gala reception on Tuesday evening. We recommend dressing in layers as indoor temperatures and individual comfort vary.
How do I get to the conference?
Travel to Santa Barbara is easy and accessible. The Santa Barbara airport is a small, local terminal where InTouch Health will be supplying transfers from the airport to either our corporate headquarters for a company tour, or straight to the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. 101 freeway is also a pleasant drive for those more local to California.

Santa Barbara is a popular vacation destination, boasting amazing beach and mountain vistas, fabulous wine country, and great food and shopping – all within a small radius of the Hilton Santa Barbara. Where do I check in once I arrive?
Registration and check-in will be in the lobby of the hotel. Representatives will be at the registration desk for the entirety of the conference to answer any questions.
How do I pay for my hotel room?
You will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort.
Am I allowed to bring a guest?
Guests are invited to the Gala reception and dinner only. Please make sure to RSVP for your guest.
You can access your receipt from the Confirmation Email received after you register. If you can’t find this email or the correct link, let us know and we will help you out.
What if I have a conflict and need to cancel my registration?
You may transfer your registration to someone else by sending the Marketing Events Team an email with new attendee details. If you need to cancel and no one can attend in your place, please let us know ASAP.
