INTOUCH HEALTH® RANKED BY KLAS® AS 2018 CATEGORY LEADER FOR VIRTUAL CARE PLATFORMS WITHIN VALUE BASED CARE MARKET SEGMENT
Annual KLAS report ranked InTouch Health as the top-performing virtual care platform company based on customer feedback
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., February 5, 2018 – InTouch Health, the leading enterprise telehealth platform, has officially been awarded the KLAS Category Leader distinction for Virtual Care Platforms in the “2018 Best in KLAS: Software & Services” report. This latest designation comes in addition to InTouch Health’s recognition as the highest-rated vendor in KLAS’ October 2017 performance report on “Telehealth Virtual Care Platforms.”
The Category Leader designation is reserved for vendor solutions that lead select market segments in which at least two products meet a minimum level of KLAS Konfidence. InTouch Health bested competitors with a final score of 90.1 out of 100. The organization also reached a “Konfidence Level” of two out of three, meaning more than 20 unique organizations have evaluated the company’s solution.
“We are proud to be named the 2018 KLAS Virtual Care Platforms Category Leader as the highest ranking vendor,” said Joseph M. DeVivo, InTouch Health CEO. “Our top priority is to deliver the world’s most secure, reliable and scalable telehealth solution to our customers, so they can deliver state-of-the-art, life-saving care to patients every day. To hear from our customers and from KLAS, that we deliver upon and beyond our promise only proves our continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and high quality care.”
The company’s success can be attributed to unrivaled customer support for providers who chose their solutions as well as network reliability and the ease of IT integration and implementation, as referenced in the KLAS Telehealth Virtual Care Platforms 2017 report. The InTouch Health Telehealth Network enables clinicians to deliver the highest quality virtual care in high and low acuity settings across service lines, such as behavioral health, cardiology, neurology (telestroke), infectious disease, endocrinology, wound care and rheumatology.
