Financial and Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Generate weekly and monthly operating metric and management reports.
* Develop systems / processes to support operating metric requirements.
* Maintain ongoing cash and revenue forecasts.
* Support preparation of annual corporate budget.
* Perform expense analysis to support key operating metrics.
* Perform inventory / MFG / cost analysis.
* Support development of accurate MFG cost standards.
* Support functional management with various financial modeling and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
* Provide financial support to department managers, including budgets and forecasts, internal management reporting and dashboards, and a variety of financial analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* A strong understanding of accounting and finance as they pertain to the sales, inventory, cost and margin analysis
* Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills using Excel: pivot tables, sumif, v lookups, multiple worksheet & workbook linking
* Proficient in Office 2007 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experienced with Great Plains accounting software and FRx Reporting would be a plus.
* Experience with budgeting and related financial processes
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Team Player
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters a plus
* 3-7 years of financial planning and analysis experience
* Cost accounting experience a plus
